Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are physical items and are offered subject to availability.

  • Products shown as “in stock” are ready for dispatch.

  • If a product is out of stock, you may have the option to request a notification when it becomes available.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • All prices are displayed in AED.

  • VAT, where applicable, is added at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Mindkrafts does not store or process your card details directly.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer standard delivery only, fulfilled through our delivery partner.

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Orders are typically prepared for pickup on the business day following the order date, subject to operational cut-off times.

  • Delivery generally occurs one business day after pickup, but may vary due to operational, technical, or external factors.

Mindkrafts is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner, weather conditions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on all products, provided they meet the conditions below:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within the timeframe communicated at purchase or via customer support.

  • All return shipping fees are fully borne by the customer.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process will apply.

Use of Products & Liability

All products sold by Mindkrafts are intended for normal household and lifestyle use.

  • Mindkrafts is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, or use of products outside their intended purpose.
